Job Purpose
Serve our customers by providing a friendly greeting, quality vehicle presentation, sales negotiation, outstanding delivery and constant follow-up and prospecting. OUR #1 SOURCE OF BUSINESS IS REPEAT AND REFERRAL CUSTOMERS AND THIS POSITION MUST FACILITATE THAT RELATIONSHIP.
 

Job Duties
  • Provides a friendly and professional greeting to all customers at all times. 
  • Must have an excellent customer services approach to assisting customers. 
  • Must have the willingness to come to work to work. 
  • Must have the ability to ask for the sale. 
  • Must have the ability to learn our consistent steps to the sale process. 
  • Must have willingness to work 4 - 6 days per week, occasionally long hours. 
  • Must be a team player. 
  • Must show desire to improve - if we are not moving forward, we are moving backward.
