On Saturday, October 16, while on a trip from Elko, Nevada, I started having electrical problems with my '96 Subaru.  I made it to your shop just before closing time without too much hope of getting anything done that late in the day.  Sam Samuelson your Service Manager not only knew what the problem was, (alternator) but aslo knew it was on a recall warranty.  I was on my way in less than 30 minutes !!! 

More businesses should be run with the honesty and integrity that yours is run.  Thank Again  !!

Hello Canyon Motors,

I just wanted to write a small and quick thanks to the guys at Canyon Motors Subaru.  Jim Elliot was a great help and so kind to me.  In the past, I have dreaded looking for a new vehicle.  But this was the most pleasent experience I have ever had.  We love, love, love the new car.  You can't even imagine the difference it makes and how it makes our lives easier.  The fact that I left the dealership with a great car, and most of all no additional stress, was beyond great.  Thanks again for the experience !!!!
